If you would like to soar to new heights, build your leadership potential, experience personal growth, challenge yourself and above all have FUN, then this leadership development weekend is for you.

Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT pride themselves in providing leadership opportunities for all our girls. FLY is a fun, learn as you go self development program for Senior Guides and Junior Guides to boost their leadership skills.

Who:

This online FLY will only be made available to:
- Those who were registered to attend the in person FLY in June. 
- Those who require to participate in this program to complete their Queen's Guide.

Please note: Numbers for this program are limited and priority will be given to members who will be turning 18 in 2021 and those who require to attend this training to complete their Queen's Guide Award.

- Leadership styles & roles
- Techniques for teaching skills
- Meeting skills
- Communication skills
- Evaluation process

Numbers are limited, don't miss out!
- This course is suitable for girls completing the Gold Endeavour and the Queen's Guide

Registration & Refund Policy Courses:

You must be a current Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT in good financial standing to attend. Please make sure your membership is current before registering and have your membership number available to sign up online.

Registrations close: Monday 9 August, unless program is filled prior to this date.

Once you have registered you will receive more information regarding the program via email.

No name changes, refunds or transfers after Monday 9 August.

All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] and will only be processed under extenuating circumstances.

In some cases, a transfer to the next available equivalent program in the calendar year may be considered. To request a transfer after the registration close date please email [email protected].

REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY EVENTS:
Unless specified otherwise, you must be a current and active Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT to attend. Membership must be current before registering. Adult Members, Ongoing Volunteers, and event participants over the age of 18 (or 16 if local jurisdiction requires) must be CSCF compliant  to attend or their ticket to attend will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
For large in-person events, registrations close 3 weeks prior to event date, unless sold out prior (or unless specified in event information).
There are no name changes or refunds after registration close date.
  
REFUNDS
All refunds must be requested via email. Refunds are not offered after the registration close date.

CANCELLATIONS
If an event is cancelled, registrants will be refunded. However, in the event of the cancellation of a fundraising event, ticket price will be refunded minus the amount of the donation included. If a course is cancelled attendees will be offered a transfer to another instance of the same course.
