The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Webinar

The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Webinar

Did you know that you can complete The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award through Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT?

The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award is a youth development program, empowering young Australians aged 14 –24 to explore their full potential and find their purpose, passion and place in the world, regardless of their location or circumstance.

Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT are proud to deliver The Duke of Ed award to our Members.   The Award is not just conducting expeditions, through setting goals and challenging yourself through a variety of services, skills, physical and adventure journeys of your choice, The Duke of Ed is a great way to live your Guide Promise and Law outside of Girl Guides.

Virginia Brown, State Outdoors Activity Consultant, will be running an information meeting for Members who are interested in starting The Award process. This is the second information webinar for 2021 and is a great opportunity to learn more about The Award and to get a better understanding of what is required.
