Calling all Olaves and Senior Guides!

Get ready for an Olave Cook-off extravaganza! Join us on the beautiful Mt Keira for a weekend of crazy cooking challenges to stretch your outdoor culinary skills and imagination!

Senior Guides are invited to join in the MasterChef mayhem for the day on Saturday 1 June.
Please note: Senior Guide Leaders do not need to attend with their Senior Guides. 

Who:
Olaves, and any other Guides between the age of 18 - 30 who might be interested in a fun weekend of challenges.
Senior Guides, 14 - 17 who want a "taste" of what the incredible Olave Program has to offer (apart from the better known "Community, Adventure and Self-Development" aspects of course). 

What:
Cook a two-course meal over a fire.
Challenge yourself with a MasterChef style competition.
Join as an individual, Peer Group or Senior Guide Unit.
Spend time outdoors, sleep indoors.
Self catered with mystery ingredient provided.

When:

Olaves - Friday 31 May (5pm) - Sunday 2 June (2pm) 
Senior Guides - Saturday 1 June (9am - 3pm)
Where:
Kum Ba Yah Campsite
333 Mt Keira Road
Mt Keira, NSW, 2500
(near Wollongong - located 4km from M1 Figtree exit).

How:

Think about how you will get there, who you would like to go with, what sort of food you will make, and then see it all come together as you become a MasterChef, competing for the top spot! You never know, it could all "boil" down to that last mystery ingredient!

Why?

For the fabulous friends you will make, the wonderful Wollongong location, the delicious delicacies you will create, need we go on? 

Cost:

Olave Ticket (Event and Indoor Camping) - $75 
Senior Guide (Day Ticket) - $30

REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY EVENTS:
Unless specified otherwise, you must be a current and active Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT to attend. Membership must be current before registering. Adult Members, Ongoing Volunteers, and event participants over the age of 18 (or 16 if local jurisdiction requires) must be CSCF compliant  to attend or their ticket to attend will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
For large in-person events, registrations close 3 weeks prior to event date, unless sold out prior (or unless specified in event information).
There are no name changes or refunds after registration close date.
  
REFUNDS
All refunds must be requested via email. Refunds are not offered after the registration close date.

CANCELLATIONS
If an event is cancelled, registrants will be refunded. However, in the event of the cancellation of a fundraising event, ticket price will be refunded minus the amount of the donation included. If a course is cancelled attendees will be offered a transfer to another instance of the same course.
