Some important information before you complete the Come and Try Registration Form
The following registration form requires you to provide information about the girl who is coming along to trial Girl Guides and should be completed by a Parent, Guardian or Carer. Take note of the points below so you can prepare before you start filling in the form.
- Allow 5-10 minutes to complete the form. It does need to be completed in one sitting.
- Know the name of the Girl Guide Unit or Event you are attending
- Details of any health or assistance requirements our Leaders should know about
- Names and phone numbers of emergency contacts
By completing this form you agree that you have already been in touch with Girl Guides and arranged a visit or to attend an event as a visitor to try out Guides.
