Please join us at the 2021 Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT Region Personnel Conference.

This will be an opportunity to meet with other Region Team Members to discuss key activities, plan the year ahead and have some fun!

This event is by invite only for members who hold the following roles:
State Office Bearers
Region Managers
Assistant Region Managers
Region Outdoors Activity Consultant
Region Learning and Development Advisor
Region Program Advisor
Region Liaison & Support Consultant
Region International & World Guiding Consultant
Region Olave Program Liaison
Region Membership Advisor

Unfortunately there will be no alternative attendee or representative options for those who cannot attend the Conference.

Cost:

No cost to attend in person or online

Arrival:

In Person at Rydges World Square - Friday 5 February
Online - Saturday 6 February 

Schedule:

This conference will be held as a hybrid event with a combined schedule of in person and online sessions.

Friday
4pm onwards - Arrival of in person attendees at Rydges World Square
7pm - Dinner, at own expense
We will be arranging a dinner booking for 7pm at a local restaurant. Please indicate this on your registration if you wish to attend dinner.   For those not able to make the 7pm booking you are welcome to visit one of the many local restaurants or the hotel restaurant at your own convenience. Due to COVID restrictions bookings are essential in Sydney.

Accommodation

As this is a hybrid conference, some roles will be invited to attend in person and other roles will be invited to attend online.

REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY EVENTS:
You must be a current Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT in good financial standing to attend. Membership must be current before registering.
Registrations close 3 weeks prior to event date, unless sold out prior.
There are no name changes or refunds after registration close date.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to eventsadmin@girlguides-nswact.org.au.
 
REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY COURSES:
You must be a current Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT in good financial standing to attend. Membership must be current before registering.

Under certain circumstance, within the Courses Department, a transfer rather than a refund may be considered. Transfers will be to the next available equivalent course in the calendar year.

REFUNDS
All refunds must be requests via email. Refunds are not offered after the registration close date. However, refunds will be considered after the registration close date under extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical emergency or death in the family).

CANCELLATIONS
If an event is cancelled, registrants will be refunded. However, in the event of the cancellation of a fundraising event, ticket price will be refunded minus the amount of the donation included. If a course is cancelled attendees will be offered a transfer to another instance of the same course.
