Olave Retreat

 

Let's Rebuild Together!

Olave Program Retreat will be a weekend focusing on reflecting, revitalizing and rebuilding after a rollercoaster 2020 through community, self-development and adventures.

Olaves and Senior Guides are encouraged to participate with others from their Region or join in online.  

When:

4 & 5 June 2021

Time:

Saturday 8:30am - 4pm (AEST)
8am - 3:30pm (NT)

Where:

Hybrid Event
- Online participation 
- Region Hubs
Coastal Valleys Region, Warner's Bay Guide Hall
Northern Sydney Region, Baulkham Hills Guide Hall
Other Region Hub locations may pop up depending on interest in the Region.

Who:

Senior Guides 14-17 years old
Olaves & Adult Members aged 18–30 years old

Tickets:

Olave & Adult Member in person attendees - $20
Olave & Adult Member online attendees - $20
Senior Guides online attendees - $15

All tickets include a self care package mailed to you prior to event and the official event badge.
Make sure to register by 5pm Wednesday 19 May to receive your package and badge before the event!!

Registration & Refund Policy Courses:

You must be a current Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT in good financial standing to attend. Please make sure your membership is current before registering and have your membership number available to sign up online.

Registrations close: 5pm Wednesday 19 May.
 
No name changes, refunds or transfers after Wednesday 19 May.
 
All refund requests must be submitted via email to events@girlguides-nswactnt.org.au and will only be processed under extenuating circumstances.

You must be a current Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT in good financial standing to attend. Membership must be current before registering.
Registrations close 3 weeks prior to event date, unless sold out prior.
There are no name changes or refunds after registration close date.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to eventsadmin@girlguides-nswact.org.au.
 
REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY COURSES:

There are no name changes or refunds after the registration close date.
Under certain circumstance, within the Courses Department, a transfer rather than a refund may be considered. Transfers will be to the next available equivalent course in the calendar year.

REFUNDS
All refunds must be requests via email. Refunds are not offered after the registration close date. However, refunds will be considered after the registration close date under extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical emergency or death in the family).

CANCELLATIONS
If an event is cancelled, registrants will be refunded. However, in the event of the cancellation of a fundraising event, ticket price will be refunded minus the amount of the donation included. If a course is cancelled attendees will be offered a transfer to another instance of the same course.
