Centenary Celebration Camp Cancelled

As the impact of the pandemic deepens in Greater Sydney, Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT as an organisation must remain vigilant in safeguarding our communities. We must adhere to Public Health Orders and at all times ‘Be Prepared’.  

In some areas this means closures of Halls and meeting online, while other areas it means wearing masks and observing other restrictions. A top priority is the safety and wellbeing of our Members. For the Centenary Celebration Camp and Carnival Day, this means cancellation.

Those who have registered for this event will be receiving an email with more information. 

Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT’s Centenary Celebration Camp is a place to find fun, friendship and adventure. A place to make memories.

- If you are experiencing an error message when registering, follow these steps:
1. Log out of Girl Guides website
2. Close Browser
3. Open Browser
4. Log in to Girl Guides website
5. Register and answer every question
6. Ensure that you select 'NO DIETARY REQUIREMENTS' (if you do not have requirements) rather then 'None' for the dietary question.
7. Save responses
8. Proceed to checkout.

Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT's Travel Fund

Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT Members may be eligible to apply for a subsidy of up to 50% of the expense incurred to travel to their Region departure points. To find out more, and/or apply, click here  .

Registrations & Cancellation Policy:

You must be a current Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT in good financial standing to attend. Please make sure your membership is current before registering and have your membership number available to sign up online.

Registrations close Monday 26 July 2021, unless event is filled prior to this date. No name changes, refunds or transfers after Monday 26 July 2021. 

There will be no refunds, with the exception of, extenuating circumstance given after Monday 26 July 2021. 

All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] and will only be processed under extenuating circumstances.

Terms & Conditions:

  • In the event of postponement due to COVID 19 the camp will be rescheduled to 26 September - 1 October. Refunds and rescheduling will be offered to all ticket holders.
  • Attendees must be a minimum of 10 years old in a Guide Unit or Flexible Unit and be valid Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT to attend this event.
  • Only Adult Members with current Leader Qualifications should attend unless adult NYQ Members are needed. All Adult Members must be part of a Unit and maintain an adult to girl ratio. No adult non-members are allowed to attend this event.
  • All attendees will travel via Region bus to and from the event. 
  • Membership must be current for all participants to be registered and to attend this event and will be checked, prior to the event. 
  • Following the registration cut-off date, no refunds or name changes will be offered.
  • This event has a capacity of 700 attendees. Pending COVID-19 Restrictions at the time this weekend is subject to postponement or cancellation.

    You must be a current Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT in good financial standing to attend. Membership must be current before registering.

    Under certain circumstance, within the Courses Department, a transfer rather than a refund may be considered. Transfers will be to the next available equivalent course in the calendar year.

    REFUNDS
    All refunds must be requests via email. Refunds are not offered after the registration close date. However, refunds will be considered after the registration close date under extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical emergency or death in the family).

    CANCELLATIONS
    If an event is cancelled, registrants will be refunded. However, in the event of the cancellation of a fundraising event, ticket price will be refunded minus the amount of the donation included. If a course is cancelled attendees will be offered a transfer to another instance of the same course.
