As the impact of the pandemic deepens in Greater Sydney, Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT as an organisation must remain vigilant in safeguarding our communities. We must adhere to Public Health Orders and at all times ‘Be Prepared’.  

In some areas this means closures of Halls and meeting online, while other areas it means wearing masks and observing other restrictions. A top priority is the safety and wellbeing of our Members. For the Centenary Celebration Camp and Carnival Day, this means cancellation.

Those who have registered for this event will be receiving an email with more information.

A fun filled Carnival inspired day for Girl Guide Members to celebrate 100 years of Guiding in NSW. A memorable setting to find fun, friendship and adventure. A place to make memories.

Youth attendees must be accompanied by a Leader

Youth $65
Adult $50

Registrations Close - 23 August 2021

Registrations & Cancellation Policy:

You must be a current Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT in good financial standing to attend. Please make sure your membership is current before registering and have your membership number available to sign up online.
Registrations close Monday 23 August, unless event is filled prior to this date.

No name changes, refunds or transfers after 5pm 23 August 2021. 

There will be no refunds, with the exception of, extenuating circumstance given after 23 August 2021. 

All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] and will only be processed under extenuating circumstances.

REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY EVENTS:
Unless specified otherwise, you must be a current and active Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT to attend. Membership must be current before registering. Adult Members, Ongoing Volunteers, and event participants over the age of 18 (or 16 if local jurisdiction requires) must be CSCF compliant  to attend or their ticket to attend will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
For large in-person events, registrations close 3 weeks prior to event date, unless sold out prior (or unless specified in event information).
There are no name changes or refunds after registration close date.
  
REFUNDS
All refunds must be requested via email. Refunds are not offered after the registration close date.

CANCELLATIONS
If an event is cancelled, registrants will be refunded. However, in the event of the cancellation of a fundraising event, ticket price will be refunded minus the amount of the donation included. If a course is cancelled attendees will be offered a transfer to another instance of the same course.
