Guides Go Wild is an all age, bring a friend, single day fundraising event online with guest appearances from Sydney Taronga Zoo.

Get ready for an fully exclusive and immersive day of Taronga Zoo Keeper Talks, guest appearances from animals at Taronga Zoo, a world wide Scavenger Hunt and a fun, fast paced game of animal based Trivia.

We will also support Taronga Zoo by fundraising for a great Australian icon, the Koala.

Fundraise as a Unit or individually to raise much needed funds for our cute, furry friends. Not only will you be supporting the future for Koalas, you will also go into the running to receive some wild prizes! 
If you are unable to attend the event, you can still fundraise and be in the running for some super amazing prizes!

*If you become a Girl Guide NSW ACT & NT member within a month after attending the event you will get $15 off you membership price.

How to purchase a Bring a Friend Ticket:
Do not use this process to register Girl Guide Members.

1. On behalf of the attendee, Parent/Guardian will need to fill in this Account Application Form
2. Use the Username & Password set in the form to log into the Girl Guides NSW ACT & NT website.
3. Click on the What's On Page, click on Guides Go Wild 
4. Click the blue 'Register Myself' button on the page and go through and fill in all the event registration questions.
5. Submit and proceed to checkout to pay for ticket.

Registrations Open
 - 5pm Friday 30 July
Registrations Close - 5pm Monday 23 August

Registration & Refund Policy Courses:

Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT Members must be in good financial standing to attend. Please make sure your membership is current before registering and have your membership number available to sign up online.

No name changes, refunds or transfers after 5pm Monday 23 August.

All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] Requests made after the registration close date will only be processed under extenuating circumstances.

You must be a current Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT in good financial standing to attend. Membership must be current before registering.
Registrations close 3 weeks prior to event date, unless sold out prior.
There are no name changes or refunds after registration close date.

Under certain circumstance, within the Courses Department, a transfer rather than a refund may be considered. Transfers will be to the next available equivalent course in the calendar year.

REFUNDS
All refunds must be requests via email. Refunds are not offered after the registration close date. However, refunds will be considered after the registration close date under extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical emergency or death in the family).

CANCELLATIONS
If an event is cancelled, registrants will be refunded. However, in the event of the cancellation of a fundraising event, ticket price will be refunded minus the amount of the donation included. If a course is cancelled attendees will be offered a transfer to another instance of the same course.
