Please join us at the 2022 Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT Region Personnel Conference.

This conference will be an opportunity to meet with other Region Team Members to discuss key activities, plan the year ahead and have some fun! There will be a combination of guest speakers, practical sessions and a surprise or two!

This event is by invite only for members who hold the following roles.
State Office Bearers
Region Managers
Assistant Region Managers
Region Outdoors Activity Consultant
Region Learning and Development Advisor
Region Program Advisor
Region Liaison & Support Consultant
Region International & World Guiding Consultant
Region Olave Program Liaison
Region Membership Advisor
Board Members

Unfortunately there will be not alternative attendee or representative options for those who cannot attend the Conference.

Cost:

$200 per Region Team Members attending in person.
No cost to State Office Bearers or those you join online.

Regions will be sent invoices post conference depending on those who attend. Please make sure to discuss your attendance with your Region Manager prior to registering.

Arrival:

Friday 4pm onwards.

Accommodation

Attendees are to stay both Friday and Saturday night as this is included in your booking cost. Only under extenuating circumstances will exceptions be made.  You must notify the Events Team via email [email protected]  should an issue arise. 

Rydges Sydney Central is a new location this year. Rooms will be 2 per person with a shared ensuite bathroom. All linen and towels will be supplied.

REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY EVENTS:
You must be a current Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT in good financial standing to attend. Membership must be current before registering.
Registrations close 3 weeks prior to event date, unless sold out prior.
There are no name changes or refunds after registration close date.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]
 
REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY COURSES:
You must be a current Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT in good financial standing to attend. Membership must be current before registering.

There are no name changes or refunds after the registration close date.
Under certain circumstance, within the Courses Department, a transfer rather than a refund may be considered. Transfers will be to the next available equivalent course in the calendar year.

REFUNDS
All refunds must be requests via email. Refunds are not offered after the registration close date. However, refunds will be considered after the registration close date under extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical emergency or death in the family).

CANCELLATIONS
If an event is cancelled, registrants will be refunded. However, in the event of the cancellation of a fundraising event, ticket price will be refunded minus the amount of the donation included. If a course is cancelled attendees will be offered a transfer to another instance of the same course.
