Please join us at the 2022 Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT Region Personnel Conference.

This will be an opportunity to come together in person with other Region Team Members to discuss key activities, plan the year ahead and have some fun!

This event is by invite only for members who hold the following roles:
State Commissioner Team
State Leads
Region Managers
Assistant Region Managers
Region Outdoors Activity Consultant
Region Learning and Development Advisor
Region Program Advisor
Region Inclusion & Support Consultant
Region International & World Guiding Consultant
Region Olave Program Liaison
Region Membership Advisor

Board Members are invited to patriciate either in person or online on Saturday 21 May.
Youth Advisory Committee Members are invited to participate the Conference and AGM on Saturday 21 May.

Unfortunately there will be no alternative attendee or representative options for those who cannot attend the Conference.

Cost:

$200 Region Team Members attending in person.
No upfront costs required. Regions will be invoiced after the conference per Region Team Member.

No cost to attend online however we do highly encourage in person attendance.

Arrival:

In Person at Rydges Sydney Central - Friday 20 May 4pm onwards
Online - Saturday 21 May 9am onwards

Board Members are invited to arrive Saturday morning.

- Annual General Meeting will be included in program from 4pm Saturday 21 May.

Additional:

- Once you register, you will receive an automatic confirmation which includes further details about the conference.

Registrations Open: 5pm Friday 1 April 2022
Registrations Close: Monday 2 May 2022

REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY EVENTS:
You must be a current Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT in good financial standing to attend. Membership must be current before registering.
Registrations close 3 weeks prior to event date, unless sold out prior.
There are no name changes or refunds after registration close date.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]
 
REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY COURSES:
You must be a current Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT in good financial standing to attend. Membership must be current before registering.

There are no name changes or refunds after the registration close date.
Under certain circumstance, within the Courses Department, a transfer rather than a refund may be considered. Transfers will be to the next available equivalent course in the calendar year.

REFUNDS
All refunds must be requests via email. Refunds are not offered after the registration close date. However, refunds will be considered after the registration close date under extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical emergency or death in the family).

CANCELLATIONS
If an event is cancelled, registrants will be refunded. However, in the event of the cancellation of a fundraising event, ticket price will be refunded minus the amount of the donation included. If a course is cancelled attendees will be offered a transfer to another instance of the same course.
