Calling all Olave Members


Online virtual meeting for Olaves to connect and network, on a regular basis. Olaves can participate from the comfort of their own home in a range of activities from fitness boot camp to service activities. There will be something to suit everyone!

Sessions will be based around the Olave program framework of service, adventure and self-development.

How to Register:

Registrations are now open via the booking portal below:
* Please note you do not need to log into the Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT website to be able to register.

1. Select Senior Guide & Olave Networking.

2. Use the arrow buttons to scroll through the months and select the date and time of the Networking session you would like to join.

3. Fill in all the required registration information boxes, scroll down the page and click 'Book'.

4. You will receive an automatic confirmation which will include the link to the online Microsoft Teams Networking session and be able to add it to your calendar.



Registration & Refund Policy:

You must be a current Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT in good financial standing to attend. Please make sure your membership is current before registering and have your membership number available to sign up online.

Registrations close: 12pm Tuesday 28 March 2023, however we do suggest you register early so the facilitators are aware of the number of members joining.

REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY EVENTS:
Unless specified otherwise, you must be a current and active Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT to attend. Membership must be current before registering.
For large in-person events, registrations close 3 weeks prior to event date, unless sold out prior (unless specified in event information).
There are no name changes or refunds after registration close date.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]
 
REFUNDS
All refunds must be requested via email. If applicableRefunds are not offered after the registration close date. However, refunds will be considered after the registration close date under extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical emergency or death in the family).

CANCELLATIONS
If an event is cancelled, registrants will be refunded. However, in the event of the cancellation of a fundraising event, ticket price will be refunded minus the amount of the donation included. If a course is cancelled attendees will be offered a transfer to another instance of the same course.
