Lark in the Park is finally back! The 2023 reboot is at a new location, more accessible to more Guides throughout NSW and ACT (we're still figuring out how to get the NT involved)! Where you ask? Western Sydney Parklands!

Early bird discount if registered by 11.59pm 10 April 2023, girls – $55, adults – $20. Pricing when promotion ends is girls – $63, adults – $25. Registrations must close 17 April 2023.

Lark in the Park 2023 is going to involve some awesome activities for Pre-junior and Junior Guides. The focus of the program is outdoor discovery, wildlife, and natural wonder. You can expect things like:
  • Who is who in the pond? Dipnet by the water’s edge and learn about underwater wildlife
  • Goanna is hungry! Follow native animal tracks and collect eggs and food 
  • Scavenger hunt: Find habitats and collect things to use for a clay art activity at the end of the walk 
  • Make your own Flag! Learn about different drying techniques and create your own flag with Calico

Lark in the Park is a Members only event. You need to be logged in to our website with your Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT Member ID to register. Problems logging in? Call our Member Services Team on 1300 447 548, or send them an email.

Ongoing and casual volunteers can login with their user id to register. Are you attending the event as a non-member adult to help a Unit, but don't have an ID yet? Fill out the casual volunteer or ongoing volunteer registration form here, which creates your account, and then you can register.

Unless specified otherwise, you must be a current and active Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT to attend. Membership must be current before registering.
For large in-person events, registrations close 3 weeks prior to event date, unless sold out prior (unless specified in event information).
There are no name changes or refunds after registration close date.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]
All refunds must be requested via email. If applicableRefunds are not offered after the registration close date. However, refunds will be considered after the registration close date under extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical emergency or death in the family).

If an event is cancelled, registrants will be refunded. However, in the event of the cancellation of a fundraising event, ticket price will be refunded minus the amount of the donation included. If a course is cancelled attendees will be offered a transfer to another instance of the same course.
