Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT aims to provide young woman the opportunity to learn skills that will assist them both professionally and to take on leadership and governance roles. Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT will host a day workshop to provide the Young Women with the opportunity to learn these new skills, meet mentors already working in these roles and network amongst other Young Women in the SGGO.

Training Day Saturday 26 February - $25
All training resources, morning & afternoon tea, lunch, drinks.
If you require accommodation on the Friday or Saturday night this will be an additional $10pp per night. Please advise whilst registering and also select the accommodation ticket and pay.
Youth Advisory Committee 25-27 February - $45
All training resources, catering during the weekend, accommodation for both Friday and Saturday night (you do not need to purchase additional accommodation).
What is involved:
Learn skills that will assist you throughout your life both professionally and in Guiding.
Meet mentors who will teach and mentor you in leadership, risk, finance, and governance.
Opportunity to meet the decision makers and stakeholders in the SGGO.
Meet and network with other Young Women in the SGGO wanting to build skills in governance.
Be supported to take on leadership and governance roles within the SGGO.
Learn skills in small groups and the program will follow the Girl Guide and Girl Scout Method.

Registration & Refund Policy Courses:
You must be a current Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT in good financial standing to attend. Please make sure your membership is current before registering and have your membership number available to sign up online.
: 5pm Monday 7 February, unless program is filled prior to this date.
Once you have registered you will receive more information regarding the program via email.
No name changes, refunds or transfers after Monday 7 February.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]
and will only be processed under extenuating circumstances.
In some cases, a transfer to the next available equivalent program in the calendar year may be considered. To request a transfer after the registration close date please email [email protected]
