Calling all creative Guides aged 10–17!

We need your help designing the official badge for the 2025 Great Guide Sleepover! Are you up for the challenge?
Your badge can be any theme, any style – go wild with your ideas! Just make sure to include:

• The words ‘Great Guide Sleepover 2025’
• The iconic Girl Guide Trefoil
• This year’s conservation superstar… the Greater Bilby!
• A fun slogan with alliteration — think “Bilbies, B____ & B______” — to help set the vibe for the event!

Designs can be free drawn with pens and paper or created digitally, using Google docs, Microsoft O365, or Canva (as examples). However you choose to create your design, get creative and explore different shapes! Your badge doesn’t need to be round; it can be any shape. It’s up to you, as the designer!

How to enter 

• All designs must be submitted via email to [email protected] by Thursday 10 July 2025. 
• Please include your Full Name, Member Number and Unit Name with your submission. 
• The winner will be contacted via email after the deadline. Please ensure you (and a parent or carer) are available to work with the Leadership Team to have your design implemented into the 2025 event badge.
