With extensive experience across financial management, organisational leadership, and the for-purpose sector, Kathy brings a strong foundation to the role at a pivotal time for the organisation.
As CEO, Kathy will focus on growing participation in the Guide Program and ensuring the long-term sustainability of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT—so that more girls and young women can benefit from the opportunities Guiding provides.
Board Chair Sue Belling said Kathy’s appointment reflects both her leadership capability and her deep understanding of the organisation.
“Her steady leadership over recent months has positioned us well for the future,” Ms Belling said.
