The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) are introducing a new initiative in 2021 with goal of ensuring every and any girl of the future will have the opportunity to benefit from the Girl Guide experience.
The first ever WAGGGS Giving Day is taking place on 15–16 September!
WAGGGS Giving Day is a digital engagement campaign, led by Ambassadors, with the hope to raise over £100,000 for the Movement in just 36 hours.
The theme of the day is: 'Your Gift for Her Future'. A theme intended to inspire and encourage supporters to give a gift on the day to help build a better future for the next generation of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts.
Supporting WAGGGS’ Giving Day will enable the Association to help even more girls and young women to develop the skills and confidence through Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting to make positive change in their lives, communities and countries.
