Springwood-Winmalee 'Yarragul Rock' is set in the beautiful World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains. Within on hour's drive of Sydney, you will be nestled amongst the bush, under the clear blue sky by day and a million stars at night. This fully equipped site offers facilities for camps of 36 in Bell tents (more if using domes) and an amazing expanse of natural terrain for endless activities. Local facilities include abseiling opportunities, bush walking, nighttime glow worm walks and public transport to Springwood station and onto Katoomba for the Three Sisters, Scenic Railway and much more. On site there are many grassed areas, a campfire circle, and access to a large Guide hall for wet weather activities.
This Campsite is fully equipped for 6 patrols with bell tents and patrol kitchen boxes. The Campsite has a fridge, outdoor BBQS, and butane stoves
The hall has 60 chairs, 10 tables, fully equipped kitchen with crockery and cutlery for 40 people and is approved for indoor camps, overnight stays, conferences, and activities.
