The Centenary Celebration Camp Experience
Join us for 5 nights and 6 days of jam-packed experiences filled with fun, friendship, and adventure!
Below is the foundation from which Centenary Celebration Campers will carve their journey.
Get picked up by Region bus at a dedicated location and arrive on site in Katoomba.
Work together with your Region to unload the bus and set up Camp.
Time to kick off the Camp with a spectacular Opening Ceremony followed by dinner.
Monday & Tuesday
Rise and shine with breakfast and straight into the day’s activities.
Over two days, Regions will be split into Guide and Senior Guide age groups and rotated through a number of activities, programs and challenges throughout the Camp and offsite.
Breaks for lunch and dinner will be included and fully catered.
Monday, after dinner, look up into the sky and learn what really is up there.
Tuesday, after an adventure filled day, sit back, relax, and watch a movie together with a yummy supper. While the kids are occupied, adults can connect and network.
Early morning rise! Pick up breakfast and lunch, and head off site for the day to explore the beautiful Australian bushland. Remember to pack your hiking shoes, there will be plenty of physical exercise today.
Return to camp, freshen up and come together for dinner and a traditional Girl Guide Campfire.
Sisters in Guiding of all ages will join Camp guests for a day of Centenary Celebrations filled with fun activities, interactive experiences, and the chance to do something new.
After the Carnival Day, finishing off the Camp with a memorable Closing Ceremony and last dinner together.
The time has come to say goodbye.
Pack up the camp, jump on the Region bus and head home.
Breakfast will be packed for the travel.
