Meeting Online for Leaders and Managers 

1. Find your Unit’s or District’s official email address 
2. Login  to Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT’s Microsoft 365 
3. Watch  these videos about using Teams 
4. Set up your Guide Meeting (remembering you need a second adult present) 
5. Invite your Guides 
6. Be prepared. Do the girls need to get anything ready beforehand? Let them know 
7. Open the meeting a few minutes early if you can. You’ll need to let the Guides in from the lobby 
8. Be your amazing, inspirational self. Own that Guide meeting. Even if it’s your first time, you’ve got this
