The Olave Baden-Powell Society

The Olave Baden-Powell Society, OB-PS, gives financial support to the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, WAGGGS. This support enables WAGGGS to give further assistance and to create programs and opportunities for its Member Organisations and for the girls and young women who are their members. OB-PS Members invest in the future - future leadership by young women, who will lead their families, communities, countries and the world.

One of the ways OB-PS raises this money is by growing its network of members currently in 60 countries worldwide. Last month OB-PS announced a new membership category – Associate Member. For Australian Girl Guide volunteers under 35 years of age there is an opportunity to join OB-PS as an Associate Member. There are a limited number of gifted memberships for 1 year. If you would like to join a group of like-minded women and men to support WAGGGS to enable girls and young women to develop their full potential as responsible citizens of the world please see the Application Form,  noting the closing date for applications is Friday 10th December 2021.
