Region Manager, Coastal Valleys

Are you the next Region Manager for the Coastal Valleys Region of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT?

The Region Manager (RM) is responsible for providing effective management and leadership of the Guiding Region. You will lead the team and work collaboratively with them to ensure the Region Objectives are successful and support the State Strategic Plan, while ensuring that we deliver Guiding in Austrlia's mission to empower girls and young women to discover their potential as leaders of their world.

You will lead the Region Team and working collaboratively with the other members of the team to ensure a focus on the importance of quality delivery of the Australian Guide Program (AGP), the learning and development of adults, and the continuous growth and retention for the benefit of Youth Members.
