It’s great to see that you are ready to join Girl Guides NSW & ACT by becoming a member—we are excited to welcome you!

Some important information before you join

The following online registration requires you to provide information about the person joining Girl Guides and should be completed by a Parent or carer. The application should take 5–10 mins, information you will need to complete this form includes:

• Allow approximately 10 minutes of dedicated time to complete the form as it does need to be completed in one sitting.
• If you are in the Northern Territory, have your Sports Voucher/s ready;
• the name of the Unit you’re joining;
• details of any health or assistance requirements;
• names and phone numbers of emergency contacts;
• Credit card details for the annual membership fee payment.

NB: Residents in NSW wishing to use their $50 Active Kids Voucher towards membership fees, must email their voucher details to the Member Service Team on [email protected] after completing the registration form below and before completing any credit card payments online.

By Completing this form you confirm that your daughter is 5 years of age or older and has either attended 1-2 free trial visits to a Guide Unit OR you have spoken to a volunteer Guide Unit Leader and confirmed that a vacancy is available.
If this is not the case, please complete an enquiry form here or call us on 02 8396 5200 to discuss. This will avoid any disappointment should you join a Unit where there are no vacancies and your application can not be accepted
