Online Region Personnel Conference

 

Please join us at the 2022 Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT Region Personnel Conference.

This conference will be an opportunity to virtually meet with other Region Team Members and State Officer Bearers to discuss key activities, plan the year ahead and have some fun! There will be a combination of hot topics, Guide House Manager presentations and networking!

When:

Saturday 5 February 2022

Where:

Online through Zoom.
Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email Friday before the Conference with links to join online.

Time:

9:30am - 4pm NSW & ACT Time
8am - 2:30pm Northern Territory Time

Who:

This event is by invite only for members who hold the following roles.
- State Office Bearers
- Region Managers
- Assistant Region Managers
- Region Outdoors Activity Consultant
- Region Learning and Development Advisor
- Region Program Advisor
- Region Liaison & Support Consultant
- Region International & World Guiding Consultant
- Region Olave Program Liaison
- Region Membership Advisor

Cost:

There is no cost to attend this conference.

Additional Information:

  • You will need an electronic device with camera and microphone capabilities to join the session.
  • The conference will not be recorded and so attendance is encouraged.  
  • Short breaks and a longer lunch break will be allocated.
  • We ask that you register if you are or are not attending by selecting the appropriate ticket.
  • Registration:

    Current Members of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT must ensure their membership is current before registering. You will need your membership number available to register.

    Those who register as attending, will receive the Zoom meeting link and further details on Friday 4 February 2022.

    Registrations close: 5pm Thursday 3 February.

    REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY EVENTS:
    You must be a current Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT in good financial standing to attend. Membership must be current before registering.
    Registrations close 3 weeks prior to event date, unless sold out prior.
    There are no name changes or refunds after registration close date.
    All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]
     
    REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY COURSES:
    You must be a current Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT in good financial standing to attend. Membership must be current before registering.

    There are no name changes or refunds after the registration close date.
    Under certain circumstance, within the Courses Department, a transfer rather than a refund may be considered. Transfers will be to the next available equivalent course in the calendar year.

    REFUNDS
    All refunds must be requests via email. Refunds are not offered after the registration close date. However, refunds will be considered after the registration close date under extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical emergency or death in the family).

    CANCELLATIONS
    If an event is cancelled, registrants will be refunded. However, in the event of the cancellation of a fundraising event, ticket price will be refunded minus the amount of the donation included. If a course is cancelled attendees will be offered a transfer to another instance of the same course.
