Energised Region Personnel Conference
An event that will leave the Region Teams energised! The Energised Region Personnel Conference is an opportunity to thank Region Managers and their Teams, Workshop 2023/4 Planning and to network across Regions. If you have a question about this conference please contact your Region Manager.
Region Teams will come together at Panthers (123 Mulgoa Road, Penrith NSW 2075) with State Leads, Board Members and senior staff for an exciting program including sessions on:

Saturday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Risk Management and Risk Culture
Flexible Guiding
Powerful Communication
A selection of Breakouts including New Markets, Sustainable Properties & Guiding Sites, Quality Framework Implementation Workshop Disability + Behavioural Support Workshop, RM Roundtable. Most breakouts will be pre allocated, based on Role.

Dinner 6:45pm CHOPSTIX OR FORK. Delicious, South-East Asian cuisine with a modern twist at

Board Members and Youth Advisory Committee Members may be sent an invitation to participate in person.

Please note, unfortunately there will be no alternative attendee or representative options for those who cannot attend the Conference.

Unless specified otherwise, you must be a current and active Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT to attend. Membership must be current before registering. Adult Members, Ongoing Volunteers, and event participants over the age of 18 (or 16 if local jurisdiction requires) must be CSCF compliant  to attend or their ticket to attend will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
For large in-person events, registrations close 3 weeks prior to event date, unless sold out prior (or unless specified in event information).
There are no name changes or refunds after registration close date.
All refunds must be requested via email. Refunds are not offered after the registration close date.

If an event is cancelled, registrants will be refunded. However, in the event of the cancellation of a fundraising event, ticket price will be refunded minus the amount of the donation included. If a course is cancelled attendees will be offered a transfer to another instance of the same course.
