Get the family together for a day on the water!

There will be rowing, canoeing, power boat rides and special on-land activities available. Invite your parents, grandparents, aunt, uncle, brothers and sisters.

Children under 5 year old - Free 
Note: Children 3 years old or under are not permitted to participate in the water activities however there will be fun on-land activities that they can participate in.  
If children under 4-5 years old would like to participate in the water activities a parent or guardian over the age of 18 years old will need to be in the water craft with them.
Children under 5 years old will need to register through the website however it is free!!

Junior Leaders
Junior Leaders who would like to help the RTS Tingira Committee at the event can attend for free. Tasks will include:
- Loading and unloading the boats into the water
- Helping attendees in and out of the boats
- Assisting with the on-land activities.

Catering
- This event is not catered. Bring along your picnic baskets and blankets for a picnic by the water. 
- Tea and coffee facilities will be available.

Additional:

- Children under the age of 5 cannot participate in boating activities, however they can attend the event for free.
- This event is not catered, so bring along your picnic baskets and blankets for a picnic by the water. Tea and coffee facilities will be provided.

At least one attendee in family ticket must be a current Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT to attend. Please make sure your membership is current before registering and have your membership number available to sign up online.

Registrations close: TBC, unless program is filled prior to this date.

REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY EVENTS:
Unless specified otherwise, you must be a current and active Member of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT to attend. Membership must be current before registering.
For large in-person events, registrations close 3 weeks prior to event date, unless sold out prior (unless specified in event information).
There are no name changes or refunds after registration close date.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]
 
REFUNDS
All refunds must be requested via email. If applicableRefunds are not offered after the registration close date. However, refunds will be considered after the registration close date under extenuating circumstances (e.g. medical emergency or death in the family).

CANCELLATIONS
If an event is cancelled, registrants will be refunded. However, in the event of the cancellation of a fundraising event, ticket price will be refunded minus the amount of the donation included. If a course is cancelled attendees will be offered a transfer to another instance of the same course.
