What is ProShop?

Our branded ProShop is an online print and promotional branded shop. Some of you already know this exciting news! After resourcing Districts with new Hall Signs, Banners, etc. late last year and early this year, we have developed a new relationship with VistaPrint. The team there has set us up with a “ProShop”!  We are diligently populating the site with templates so you can self-service orders for Regions and Districts 24/7. This means you won't have to wait for office hours for the office team to place your order or send you an invoice. All the items are official, Girl Guides branded, and using the right colours, logos, web addresses, etc. 

How can I access ProShop?

Many Region Manager and District Manager accounts have already been set up. Invitations were sent to District Manager shared inboxes that are accessible from your [email protected] Office 365 email accounts. 243 invitations were sent and we have 17 Region and District Personnel activated. If you are yet to confirm your registration link, please check your O365 DM inbox or if you are unable to locate the invitation email reach out to our account manager Bec Florance, at [email protected], or 0484 587 455.

Where do I go for support?

There is also a support team that can assist with Proshop general enquiries, order related enquiries, and artwork enquiries 8am–8pm AEST Mon–Friday via [email protected]. You can reach out directly to Bec if you want a quote for a bulk order or a custom item that is not yet available in the ProShop or on the Vista Platform.

Something I'd like isn't there...

If there is an item that you would like to see as a customer order option in ProShop, or something not yet Guide Branded that you would like to purchase with Guide branding, you can reach out to Bec at ProShop or Jamie ([email protected]) at Guide House. Anything that is not yet Guide branded will go through the standard approval process and be escalated though Guide House for approval.
