A Notice of Meeting was sent to Adult Members includng Trefoil Guild Members on 19 September 2023 advising that a Special General Meeting has been requisitioned by Members in line with our Association’s Constitution.
If you intend on attending, please RSVP so that the team at Guide House can ensure you are sent the Zoom access details or venue information. Zoom access information and Venue information emails will be sent out in time for registrants to attend the meeting.
If you're an apology and unable to attend online or in person you can submit your proxy vote by mail or email to our Interim CEO.
