State Lead and Coordinator Opportunities

State roles are open to Adult Members of Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT. These roles will offer you the opportunity to help shape the future of Guiding in NSW, ACT & NT. We are currently taking expressions of interest for the below six positions.

Culturally and Racially Marginalised (CARM) Lead

Are you passionate about diversity, equity, & inclusion, and want to play a role in ensuring inclusion support matters for culturally and racially marginalised people within Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT? If so, then this CARM lead is a fantastic opportunity for you!

The CARM Lead will play a vital role in leading, overseeing and driving the development of strategies and programs that strengthen diversity, equity, and inclusion, and embed inclusion practices and improve accessibility in Girl Guides NSW, ACT & NT specifically for culturally and racially marginalised people
