Girl Guides offers girls a valuable opportunity to be an active participant in a small peer group, named a Patrol, under the leadership of one of their own elected members.
The Patrol provides an environment for the girls to develop friendships, responsibilities, cooperation and personal growth.
One of the key elements of the Patrol System is that all members from the Patrol are active participants, supporting each other and learning of one another.
